Welcome to the UT-EASE Health  ("Site"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

UT-EASE may use UT-EASE or UT-EASE Health as its business name when referencing. We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

UT-EASE reserves the right to change pricing accordingly with the ongoing market trends without notice. Please note that wholesale clients will price according to their discretion. UT-EASE pricing is RRP (recommended retail pricing ) only.

All trademarks appearing at this Site are trademarks of UT-EASE.

The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of products/merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. From time to time there may be information on The Beaux Apothicaire.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold UT-EASE harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal, attorneys, fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Should an item be out of stock UT-EASE will endeavour to replenish as soon as possible. For any special requirements in relation to a particular item please forward an email to info@thebeauxapothicaire.com

Due to unforseen circumstances of product demand UT-EASE takes no responsibility for manufacturer's inability to supply or delay.

INGREDIENTS

Our products are NEVER tested on animals. Click the SHOP link above for the list of ingredients used in each of our products. Please consult your physician before using any of UT-EASE products if you have allergies or any health concerns that may impact your safe use of UT-EASE products or ingredients. UT-EASE products are made of FDA approved ingredients by a third party manufacturer.  All products manufactured are done so in accordance with Good Manufacturing Procedure (GMP). Following the recommendations of the FDA/AMA and the facilities are set up in accordance with CTFA Quality Assurance Guidelines. All formulas are in compliance with global requirements. All of our products are animal cruelty free. All our products are homemade with formula's created by the founder of The Beaux Apothicaire.

*Please note orders via Pay Pal can take up to 2-3 business working days to appear into the The Beaux Apothicaire account. Once payment has appeared your order will be dispatched immediately. Please allow up to 5 business working days for your order to be received.

 

PRIVACY/PAYPAL

Your privacy is very important to us. When you make a purchase with UT-EASE, you may receive an email asking how you heard of us. We may also, periodically send you an email to announce a sale, but please keep in mind, we do not send emails on a weekly basis. We would never share or sell your email with any other business. 

Please remember you do not have to have a Paypal account to make purchases on this site.
