My Tips That Will Hopefully Help You.

  1. Keep drinking plenty of water, not only does this help keep you hydrated it also urges you to pass urine which in turn is releasing any bacteria or infection. I prefer bottled water or boiled water from the kettle. Also, green tea has been proven to lower Staphylococcus saprophyticus levels by about 75% in part by killing bacteria and also restoring a normal pH balance.

  2. Avoid irritants such as spicy foods, caffeine and alcohol.

  3. Resting in a warm unscented epsom salt sitz bath for at least ten minutes. Although you are experiencing pain from the uti, try to relax your body and your pelvic floor muscles.

  4. After bathing, place a sanitary napkin or panty liner in your underwear, with your clean fingers insert your UT-EASE into your vagina, and as far up as comfortable and as possible. Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, and squeeze your thighs together and lay down. If your pain is really bad, you will involuntary tighten your pelvic floor muscles. You will know when the capsule has melted (about 10-15 minutes), then slowly release your pelvic floor muscles and thighs, and rest for at least an hour. A hot water bottle gently resting against your pelvic area also helps. You should start to feel some relief by now.

  5. I also find drinking chamomile tea (if you have no allergies) calms my nervous system.

  6. When going to the toilet wipe from front to back and always wash your hands thoroughly with soap afterwards.

  7. It is recommended to only use UT-EASE twice a day and no longer than two days. Please allow 2 x 4 hour intervals for each capsule (if needed.) If pain persists please visit your GP as soon as possible.

  8. It is best to keep the capsules in the refrigerator or freezer for the cooling effect but not necessary.

  9. If not refrigerated or in the freezer compartment please keep capsules in a cool, well ventilated shady spot out of direct sunlight.

From my own experience this has helped me, however there is no guarantee that UT-EASE or any of these tips will help you. I highly advise you see your doctor for any pain before using UT-EASE as it may not be a uti but something else.

Although UT-EASE is natural and organic it is recommended to talk to your GP before using any home remedy. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, have any medical condition, or if you have allergies, especially nut allergies.
